Based in Hamilton, we play an essential role in the region's economic and social development by identifying and investing in new technologies that will modernise our network and future-proof our region. About the role

Here at WEL we are working towards changing the approach to utility arboriculture and focusing our efforts on tree health and aesthetic values.

As an Arborist, you will join our Vegetation Team to implement vegetation control measures that meet operational and safety objectives in a cost effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Trim or remove vegetation/trees within our network

• Prepare, maintain and operate a range of Arborist's tools and equipment

Skills and experience:

• Previous Arborist experience, including climbing

• Commitment to Health and Safety

• Formal Qualifications preferred (as well as class two, four or five driver's licence)

• EWP experience (favourable but not essential)
