Te Mahere Rautaki | Strategic Plan

Te Mahere Rautaki is the strategic roadmap of the New Zealand Arboricultural Association. This document has been developed based on the membership survey of September 2021, where members were asked what matters most, and where NZ Arb should be investing time and resources in future. You can expect the projects and actions of NZ Arb in the months and years ahead to move us closer to achieving the objectives outlined here.

The document is organised under four strategic pillars. Under these pillars are the objectives, that will help us assess which projects NZ Arb will invest time and resources in. Working group led projects will fall under each of these, with resources and budgets appropriately allocated to deliver specific goals.
