About the role: ArborCare are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Manager to lead our dedicated Arborist team in delivering safe, high-quality vegetation and tree management services across the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational oversight, team development, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing daily Arboriculture operations, scheduling crews and equipment, scoping and quoting work, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We’re looking for a leader who can inspire their team, communicate effectively, and bring both technical arboriculture expertise and strong organisational skills to the role.

Skills & Experience

• Proven arboriculture operations experience, including the use of specialist Arborist plant and equipment

• Utility vegetation management experience (essential)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience quoting and managing projects

• Familiar with H&S legislation, WorkSafe expectations, and industry best practices

• Computer literate — comfortable with quoting, scheduling, and reporting systems

• Recognised Arboriculture qualification (preferred)
