Utility Arborist
Rangiora, North Canterbury
Winner of the 2021 NZ Energy Excellence Awards Wellbeing category.
We are seeking a qualified Utility Arborist to join our experienced team of Utility Arborists who control vegetation growth threatening the electricity distribution network in the North Canterbury region.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years’ work experience in vegetation control work and undertaking tree work near electrical supply lines.
Level 4 National Certificate in Arboriculture
An absolute commitment to workplace and public safety
A strong customer service focus
A high level of physical fitness, confidence working at heights and a passion for working in the outdoors
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Minimum current Class-2 heavy vehicle driver’s licence. Class-4 heavy vehicle driver’s licence and T (tracks), W (wheels) and F (forklift) driver licence endorsements desirable.
