About the Roles


You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced crew delivering professional tree work across

Auckland.

Your responsibilities will be matched to your experience, qualifications, and career goals.


Arborist Crew Member


This role is ideal if you enjoy hands-on tree work, value good systems and teamwork, and

want to continue developing your skills in a safe, supportive environment. 


What You’ll Be Doing


● Working alongside your Crew Leader on a wide range of arborist projects

● Carrying out safe and efficient pruning, removals, planting, and maintenance

● Using arborist equipment and machinery in line with best-practice safety systems

● Supporting on-site health, safety, and environmental standards

● Maintaining tools, vehicles, and work areas to a high standard

● Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture


What You’ll Bring


Minimum requirements:


● 2+ years’ experience in arboriculture

● Full, clean NZ Class 1 driver’s licence


Desirable (but not essential):


● NZ Certificate in Arboriculture Level 3

● Class 2 licence

● Traffic management training

Arborist Crew Leader


This role suits an experienced arborist who enjoys leading people, supporting others, and

delivering high-quality work — without being left to figure everything out alone.

Whether you’re already leading crews or ready to step up, we’ll support you with mentoring,

systems, and professional development.


What You’ll Be Doing


● Leading arborist crews on-site across Auckland

● Ensuring work is safe, well-planned, and high quality

● Supporting and mentoring crew members

● Assisting with work planning, quality checks, and job reviews

● Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams


What You’ll Bring

Minimum requirements:


● NZ Certificate in Arboriculture Level 3 (or equivalent)

● 4+ years’ arboriculture experience

● Full, clean NZ Class 1 driver’s licence


Desirable:


● Level 4 Arboriculture qualification

● Class 2 licence

● Traffic management training

The Fine Print


● You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand

● Pre-employment checks include drug & alcohol screening, medical exam, and police

● Full-time or part-time roles available (Monday–Friday), with optional additional hours
