Pro Climb is on the lookout for two Arborist Crew Members to join our experienced, high-performing team in Auckland. Reporting to the Arborist Crew Leader, you'll work on a wide range of projects—from local authorities and schools to private estates and commercial clients—delivering safe, professional, and environmentally sound tree care.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Support your Crew Leader in delivering day-to-day arborist work across the Auckland region
● Carry out safe and efficient tree pruning, removals, planting, and maintenance
● Operate machinery and arborist equipment in accordance with safety procedures
● Assist with on-site health & safety and environmental compliance
● Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces to a high standard
● Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment

What You’ll Bring
Minimum Requirements:
● 2+ years arboriculture experience
● Full, clean NZ Class 1 driver’s licence
Desirable:
● Level 3 NZ Certificate in Arboriculture
● Class 2 licence
● Traffic management training

● You must have the legal right to work in NZ
● Pre-employment checks include drug/alcohol screening, medical exam, and police vetting
